to our clients. To receive Web based support, you must have an active
service agreement with ATG, purchase block time or single incident. If
you have either of the above mentioned support options and require login
information, please contact us.
Notes: to receive support using ATG's Web support
services, your firewall must allow port 5500-5520 through your firewall.
Our service is not browser based. This means that it will funtion without
a Web browser being present on your system. You must have Internet access
and the ability to receive email if you do not have a functioning Web
browser.
